Getting Started with MoveForward

Step 1: Go to moveforward.ph and log in. (Sign up if you’re still not registered)

Step 2: Search for the item you wish to purchase or you can just simply browse through our site.

Step 3: Tap “Add to Cart” for the items you want to purchase.

Step 4: Review the items on your cart by clicking the “Shopping Cart” icon then “View Cart”.

Step 5: Click “Checkout” to proceed.

Step 6: Select payment method and installment payment, and check your shipping details.

Note: When a new member has not yet been verified, either due to incomplete requirements or other reasons, shoppers can still buy items from our shop but only the Full Payment options are enabled

Step 7: Confirm your order by clicking “Place Order” and wait for an email confirming your order.

To be eligible to use MoveForward, you must: 

  • Be an individual who is at least 18 years old; 

  • Be a resident of the Republic of the Philippines;

  • Capable of entering into a legally binding contract;

  • Have a valid and verifiable ID, email address, and mobile number;

  • Provide a valid delivery address within the Republic of the Philippines; and

  • Receiving regular income via employment/ business/ remittance [local or abroad] / pension) in the last 3 months


If you are having issues receiving the SMS verification code, simply follow the steps below:

  • Refresh the connection by restarting your device, remove and reinsert your SIM card after.

  • If you are still unable to receive the code, kindly contact your carrier as you may have shortcode blocking enabled if you are a postpaid plan holder. But if otherwise, please contact us.


You must pay the first installment at the time you place the order.

MoveForward offers a ‘Buy Now, Pay Later’ for online shoppers allowing them to split their purchase into 5 interest-free payments due every 2 weeks, payable up to 10 weeks.

Simply sign up and get to shop from your favorite brands! Enter a few pieces of information and get a real-time decision. Then, select the payment schedule that works for you and confirm your purchase. We won't charge more than what you see upfront. Make the first of your installment payments with zero interest. Pay the rest over the course of your plan. We’ll send you email and text reminders to keep you updated with your payment.

Note: We do not approve 100% of orders. We are committed to ensuring we support and campaign responsible spending. We consider a number of factors when determining which orders to approve. 

Here are a few things to keep in mind: 

  • There are sufficient funds on your registered payment method

  • Length of time you have been using MoveForward

  • The amount you have to repay

  • The amount of your purchase

  • The number of orders you currently have ‘open’ with us


  • Be an individual who is at least 18 years old; 

  • Be a resident of the Republic of the Philippines;

  • Capable of entering into a legally binding contract;

  • Have a valid and verifiable ID, email address, and mobile telephone number;

  • Provide a valid delivery address within the Republic of the Philippines; and

  • Receiving regular income via employment/ business/ remittance [local or abroad] / pension) in the last 3 months


MoveForward offers a free service when you pay on time – there are no upfront fees charged or any interest incurred. 

Penalty Fee, Late Fee and Rescheduling Fee are the only fees that may be incurred by shoppers if their scheduled payments are unsuccessfully processed and, after being notified, they do not log into their MoveForward account to make their payment.
