                                                            How do refunds and returns work at Moveforward

                                                            MoveForward offers free and easy returns within 15-30 days after delivery!

                                                            How to Return

                                                            a. Check the following before initiating a return. To avoid rejection of returns, please check that your return item(s) matches the following conditions:

                                                             - Return Coverage. The return coverage is specified on the product details.
                                                             - Return Reasons. The following are valid reasons for returning an item:
                                                               - Damaged/Faulty (For electronics and gadgets only)
                                                               - Expired product
                                                               - Does not match the description or pictures
                                                               - Received wrong product
                                                               - Counterfeit product
                                                               - Missing item (If your order is tagged as delivered but you haven’t received it or the item is missing in the package you received, you can request a refund)

                                                            Note: Please do not forget to state your correct return reason and include additional details, if deemed necessary, for a faster and more accurate evaluation of the request. Please also note that returns may be rejected when the request is non-compliant with the policy.

                                                            b. Contact Us. For returns, you may file a Returns Claim Authorization through this link.

                                                            c. Choose one of the following return options:
                                                            c.1 Exchange for a different size, color
                                                                  - Exchange Eligibility
                                                                  - Exchanges are only available for different sizes and/or colors of the same style. We are unable to accommodate exchange requests for different products.
                                                                 - Please note that due to partnership restrictions, some items Sold by Merchants as well as those in the Non-Exchangeable and Non-Refundable Items are not available for exchange, unless stated otherwise.
                                                                - If your exchange item is unavailable or out of stock, we will proceed to refund you fully in-store credit.

                                                            c.2 Refund via MFI in-store credits
                                                               - You can ask for your refund in the form of MFI in-store credit, which can be issued immediately. Just be aware that MFI in-store credit won't erase the purchase amount from your chosen payment method and you'll still be charged for your initial purchase.

                                                            Non-Exchangeable and Non-Refundable Items

                                                             Please note that due to final clearance, hygiene concerns, and suppliers' requests, certain items are non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.
                                                              - Products that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases;
                                                              - Products that have been used or damaged by you; 
                                                              - Any consumable product which has been used or installed;
                                                              - Products with tampered or missing serial numbers; or
                                                              - Products that fall under specific categories, including clothing, beauty products, personal care, gift cards.
