                                              You can close your account with us by simply emailing us at [email protected]. We will check your account to make sure your account balance is cleared before we completely close your account. We will then contact you to confirm that we have closed your account.

                                              If you decide to freeze your account, you will still have access to your account details so that you can review past purchases and track your payments. Once you decide to reopen your account, you can simply contact us to lift the freeze so you can shop again.

                                              If you decide to close your account, it will prevent you from being able to access your account details. This is an option you should consider if you never intend to use MoveForward again and you have no purchases that you wish to track or monitor.
